Dasboard widget "Problems" is missing time selector when switching to "History"

      When using "Problems" widget in the "History" mode, cannot filter out other days by using time selector. The button is missing.t

      Seems like the native "Monitoring" => "Problems" => "History" section does not respect selector either.
