Possibly unneeded cflags for agent, get & sender

      LIBS and LDFLAGS are separated for server and proxy but CFLAGS are the same. Should this be like that?

      CFLAGS="${CFLAGS} ${DB_CPPFLAGS}"
SERVER_LDFLAGS="${SERVER_LDFLAGS} ${DB_LDFLAGS}"
SERVER_LIBS="${SERVER_LIBS} ${DB_LIBS}"
