Add native Kafka support for Connector

      Currently after ZBXNEXT-8473 Kafka is supported with a separate Kafka middleware which is not packaged, and looks like a PoC (crutches and bicycles, sorry) which is not suitable for Enterprise environments due to the lack of improvement and further development/maintenance.

      Please provide native Kafka destination support by Connector, with customisation of the output format support (ZBXNEXT-10446) other systems like elastic can be added.
