This patch was developed by Paul Wolneykien <[email protected]> to enable actions depending on IT services; it's based/tested on 2.2.2, we can rebase it onto 2.2.3 but would like to know if there are any outstanding problems with getting it accepted upstream or if there's anything that should be done prior to that (like writing wiki docs or tests).
