Step to Reproduce:
1. Set Time period not in 1-7,20:55-21:00 in action conditions
2. Create the trigger event, and Start event create that every 1 second,from 20:54.

In this case, I confirmed event time period not in ’20:54:55-20:59:54’ event time, actually.
