 Description   

Translation string "Subject" is used for Encryption and Action configuration.

I'm not sure other language, but for Japanese it's better to translate TLS configuration one to different word.

Also, after discussion at https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-10335#comment-168991 I'd like to add context for "Filter" stings, which is used for a switch and a button.

Context added:
"filter button" for string "Filter" (decided to add context to the button instead of the switch, it's more correct approach),
"encryption certificate" for string "Subject" where it references encryption settings.
