Thank you for your efforts to translate zabbix to Chinese language!
I personally watch on your translation progress and waiting when it will be complete

I'd be very happy to enable your language to be visible, but here http://zabbix.org/wiki/Translating_Zabbix we have a rule that, quote:

A translation is added to the dropdown when it reaches 100% completion.

Yeah, the rule may be considered as not very user friendly, but if it would be violated, we would get many languages which would be not fully translated.
That's why the rule does exist.

Note that your translations are actually synced to zabbix sources (periodically), the language is just hidden from dropdown.

Maybe it's not so hard to spend a bit of time and complete the 3.0 translation to 100% ?

If take the trunk po file and regenerate it on current 3.0 - you will have 10 strings untranslated.
Jack, will it be ok for you if I'll take current trunk, regenerate 3.0 based on it and you will finish those 10 strings in 3.0 in Pootle ?

I think I can already enable Chinese translation in zabbix sources (hoping that you will finish those 10 strings soon) so it will be visible to all in next release 3.0.3.

p.s. I remember that you upload po files to other versions yourself.
I can do that too, plus I can regenerate strings in Pootle too and sync changes to svn.

There were 2 critical mistakes which I've fixed myself:

zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES/frontend.po

Also, I recommend to do this thing:
go to http://zabbix.org/pootle/zh_CN/Zabbix-3.0/ and click to "expand details" then by clicking to each filter in "Failing Checks" section, check all filtered strings.
There are also false positives, I recommend to approve them to exclude from the filter.

In many cases it helps to find minor mistakes or a bit wrong formatting etc.

I'll wait when you will finish this task.
Please, from now, work with 3.0 branch only!
Do not spend your time on trunk branch for now.

Jack, pay special attention please to filter with "printf" checks. Looks like that for some strings plural and singular forms were merged together at some stage.

I've also synced recent fixes in 3.0 to trunk.

Chinese (China) translation is enabled to be displayed in list of available languages in 3.0 and trunk.

Make also sure please that you have subscribed to the translators mail list - it's useful for translators to be notified for changes, new strings etc.
