duplicates ZBX-10840 Zabbix Templates disappear on "Link n... Closed

 Description   

1. When I Install v 3.0.3, If there is only have default hostGroup Templates, when I config a host and want Link new templates, click "select" button, but the Templates list is empty (can't display any template) .
2. I add a new hostgroup Templates like "Templates 2" and add any one exist template to Group Templates.
3. Repeat step 1 and when see Group Templates, chose Templastes 2, I will see the template list, and chose Templates again, I will see all default templates list.

Notes: I had use 3.0.1 and without this problerm.
