Suppose we go to a Web scenario in monitoring, drag the time period selector to its right so that it shows "now", and start refreshing the page. The problem is that the time period selector will start drifting and eventually lose its "now"-ness: |

this is an old problem, and at least previously it was caused by a difference between time on the frontend & browser side - although could be something else here |
