Hi, With Zabbix it is possible to monitor both windows and linux servers either using its agent or not. Zabbix also supports snmp polling / snmp traps, scripting, ssh checks and lots of other things. I do not think that you will be able to do some automatic migration from SCOM to Zabbix, in most cases you will need to recreate your monitored parameters in Zabbix infrastructure (create templates, triggers, deploy agents) Also please notice, this tracker is for Zabbix bug reports only.
