Description

Dashboard has at least one Graph widget and is NOT big enough to have vertical scroll.
First tab focuses 3 dots menu icon.
Next tab focuses on graph content, but is not scrollable, or interactive in any way.
Next tab focuses on Graph name, which is link to Graph page, but it is not highlighted at all, so focus is not visible.
Next tab goes out of the widget.

(3) When resizing window, s-box is not in the correct position and right height.
