 Description   

Create web scenario (on template!) with application with one step and do link it to a host.
Check the host - all 6 items are linked to the application. Use Latest data page to check that.

Add now one more step to the scenario in the template.
See how 3 additional items not being linked to the application and on Latest data page they appear grouped in "-other-" section.

It does not happen if you add a step on a host directly.
I.e. it's reproducible only on templated web scenarios.

Reproducible on recent 3.0 and 3.4, as specified.
