Description

1. Add graph. Add screen, and possibly other popups do not respect "not selected" in the drop-down. Anyway all elements are displayed.
2. Performance of the graph and screen selection popups is extremely bad. The HTML code is huge as well.
3. All popups must support paging

Fixed partly. No paging introduced, it'll require full refactoring of current popup mechanism.
Currently removed possibility to select all.

I am closing this for now. Zabbix 2.0 popups will be re-written to address these problems.
