Server version: Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS)
Server built: Apr 20 2018 18:10:38

I try import templete

It is download in "Zabbix Share"

But print the message "Invalid parameter "/source": invalid byte sequence in UTF-8."

Please help me!

Thank you for making Zabbix a better product

Somehow the file you provided here does not match the file in archive provided in share.zabbix.com.
I was performing a download from this page:
https://share.zabbix.com/network_devices/juniper/juniper-netscreen-template
using this direct link:
https://share.zabbix.com/index.php?option=com_mtree&task=att_download&link_id=646&cf_id=40
and the file zbxJuniperNetscreen.xml in zbxJuniperNetscreen.zip is pretty much importable in Zabbix 3.0 or 3.4.

However, I attached the working one here
zbxJuniperNetscreen-ok.xml
