duplicates ZBX-14850 Cannot create item: Invalid update in... Closed

 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a template that uses LLD to configure a new item prototype of type "zabbix trapper" (I used "zaws" template from https://github.com/ike-dai/zaws/releases)
  2. Let it create the items

Result:

Zabbix-trapper items cannot be created with error message "Cannot create item: Invalid update interval "0".
But "trapper" items(or prototypes) do NOT have an update interval. Even manually modifying the template in XML to have a different update interval (which should not matter) does not fix the issue.
Expected:
Zabbix-trapper items are created

Could not reproduce with Zabbix 4.0.0rc1. Please, update and add Zabbix Server log file with debug level 4 to the issue, after upgrade.
