 Description   

1. Create empty template (no items, no triggers)
2. Create XML file with the same template name and two objects: one item and one trigger
3. Try to import the XML file, but in options list unmark all options from "Update existing" column.

Expected behaviour:
Error like "Template "name of the template" already exists"

Current behaviour:
Error about non-existing item for new trigger.

Same behavior can be observed when importing host.
RESOLVED for host/template import in development branch svn://svn.zabbix.com/branches/dev/ZBX-14905.
