 Description   

1. Make sure host go in to maintenance
2. Generate problem on that host

Actual:
nextcheck for such escalation is 0 so escalation is retrieved from database every 3 seconds. (in case escalator is 100% busy that will be non stop)

Expected:
Escalations should not be checked that often, nextcheck should be updated to 1 minute.
