i've tried on a few systems but i got the same issue. i could not manage to install it. im using this page:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. try to install zabbix 4.0 on rhel 7.5 from rpm repository.

Result:

The link you provide is for RHEL 6 but in the next line you mention you have RHEL 7. Which one is it really?

This one should be right. https://www.zabbix.com/download?zabbix=4.0&os_distribution=rhel&os_version=7&db=PostgreSQL
