value history view is bound by full minute. this means that it is not possible to view new values for the current minute until minute changes. for example, at 57:05 arrives new value, at 57:35 another, but they can only be seen in the history view when minute on the client host changes to 58. scrollbar slightly moves to the left and can be dragged till the end, but that does not make values appear. |

while scrollbar still visibly departs from the right edge depending on the value of seconds, at least the values appear as expected in dev branch rev 12038 => considering fixed (although forcing the scrollbar to always be at the right edge if it's at "now" would be preferred |
