 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. change config, Administration->General->Regular expressions,add BITS in expression ^(MMCSS|BITS|gupdate|SysmonLog|clr_optimization_v2.0.50727_32|clr_optimization_v4.0.30319_32)$
  2. remove "BITS" service item  been auto discovered from hosts.

Result:
See screenshot attachment 1: Reports->Availability reports   the item data remains.

also See some error attachment 2: 

Undefined offset: 0 [ in report2.php:436]

when click in Reports->Availability report ->Service "BITS" (Background Intelligent Transfer...

a new error see screenshot  attachment 3: 

Undefined offset: 0 [zabbix.php:21 → require_once() → ZBase->run() → ZBase->processRequest() → CController->run() → CControllerProblemView->doAction() in app/controllers/CControllerProblemView.php:257]

Environment:

OS: CentOS 7.6.1810 
Zabbix Server: 4.0.3 
DB:  5.6.42 MySQL Community Server (GPL)
Web: Apache 2.4.6, PHP 5.4.16

 

i removed "BITS" service item  been auto discovered from hosts,but in Reports->Availability reports   the item data remains there(See screenshot  attachment 1) . and get some errors :Undefined offset: 0 [ in report2.php:436]

Hello wangliqiang

I was not able to reproduce the issue. As soon as the discovered item was removed, it was also not available on the availability report. Are there any more steps needed, to reproduce the issue?

This issue caused by ZBX-14648 and described in ZBX-15373. How to fix it you can see in our documentation.
