Hello Paul, Thank you for making Zabbix a better monitoring tool. Apparently, I was not able to reproduce your case. I did a test on 4.0.3 and 4.0.2 version. The first time I tick "Close problem" box and select "Update" my recovery operation executes. Maybe you have other things configured inside the Actions section under "Operations" or "Update" tab? Kindly attach some screenshots. Is everything OK with Zabbix servers health? Zabbix "poller" is the guy who is responsible about the remote remedy. Please see if everything is OK with him. Open Monitoring -> Graphs -> Zabbix servers -> Zabbix server -> Zabbix data gathering process busy. See "zabbix busy poller process in %". |

Hi Aigars, it'll take me a little while to collect all the screenshots but I will put together a series of them showing the whole process step by step for you. |

Hello Paul, Thank you. We are waiting for the screens. I did an incorrect statement previously. "Task manager" is the guy involved to perform remote remedy. Could you please attach the graph regarding "Zabbix internal process busy %"? |

Hello Aigars, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Well I do feel embarrassed! I went to try to produce all the pictures and discovered that it was in fact working correctly in the first place. Apologies for raising this in error. |
