Description

Start zabbix server, signal it to decrease log level:

./sbin/zabbix_server -R log_level_decrease="trapper"

Result:

17539 pts/0    S+     0:00 ./sbin/zabbix_server: trapper #4 [processed data in 1548410045.208185 sec, waiting for connection]

Expected:
Process state did not change
Other process should also be checked for same error.

Expected process title is misleading, trapper hasn't processed any data in this case.

BTW, related issue: ZBX-10042.

It was caused by ~~ZBX-14854~~ and it will be fine if everything will return back to way it was before, thanks ! Updated expected.
