|
Retrieving virtual machine properties from Vcenter takes unexpectedly long and constant time. It's around one second per virtual machine. With thousands of virtual machines it adds up and vmware configuration retrieval can take a long time. The delay cause must be investigaed and if possible mitigated (tweaking the request itself, retrieving configuration of multiple virtual machines with a single request etc.). |
