zabbix proxy version 4.0.3 zabbix server version 4.0.5 issues reproduce:

Hello! First, I'd like to mention that this version of Zabbix is no longer supported, and would recommend to perform an upgrade to version 5 If that is not an option at this time, I would suggest to at the very least upgrade to the latest minor version of Zabbix 4.0.21, for both proxy and server and see if the problem will still be there.
