HI Im doing a new installation in CentOS 7 i followed the manual but im struggling with the frontend and MySQL database.

Hello dfong, Could you please specify do you use MySQL or MariaDB? There is a possibility that there is an issue with the default charset. Also please specify, what kind of installation did you try to perform, was it from packages,containers or sources and add full server configuration.
