Notice how overall the sentence has a normal flow ("Optional for ...Zabbix trapper, ...database monitor and calculated items."), but one item type is inserted out of the normal form - "Dependent item". It would read better as:

And in the same page, there's "Required by Dependent items" - should be a lowercase "d" here. |

The wording has been simplified, removing redundant repetitions. |
