 Description   

There are three places in frontend where sorting by name with capital letters is wrong, if zabbix was installed with MySQL database. With Postgresql data base sorting work fine

1. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create two media types with SMS and Script names
  2. Go to Reports->Notification, scroll down
  3. Observe that SMS is first and than is Script

2. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create two triggers with SMS and Script names
  2. Make them in Problem state
  3. Go to Monitoring->Overview
  4. Observe that SMS trigger is first and than is Script

3. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create two applications with SMS and Script names on host
  2. Go to Host->Web-> Create new web scenario
  3. Open applications dropdown, observe that SMS is first and than is Script

Expected:
Correct sorting: Script, SMS

This is probably "by design" because of utf8_bin collation requirement.
