a different problem : in the resulting page, "BACK" link trims url, thus results in 404 error.
original url, ending with ZBX-1679-print_export is trimmed to ZBX-1679
I have the same error with revision 9557 today with trying to even import an XML template:
Operation cannot be performed due to unauthorized request
for the record, can't confirm issue with importing. 'back' link in the dev branch is a problem, though 
confirming the fix in dev branch rev 10135. inability to view print mode will be handled in ZBX-2009
