 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a host with Agent interface
  2. Create an item with "Zabbix agent (active)" type
  3. Template link on host "Template OS Windows by Zabbix agent active"
  4. Wait until some data appears in Monitoring -> Latest data = ok
  5. Observe host's availability in Configuration -> Hosts
  6. Dashboard view icon gray and unknow

Result:
See screenshot. Agent ping ok, status ok, but 
Availability icon is gray which indicates that host's status is unknown ..

Expected:
Either availability icon should be green (if data arrives)

Status zabbix ahent ZBX should be green 

The counter of available hosts should be displayed and should not be marked as unavailable

Works as expected.
Availability for Agent is calculated only if at least 1 Agent Passive check exists on the host

Perhaps this can be set as a duplicate of ZBXNEXT-5088?
