Issue Summary: Dear Zabbix Forum, I am facing an issue with zabbix monitoring with Oracle database version 12c with ODBC connection for back end I can connect to using driver oracle. But for front end error message below. Result:
74395:20200106:103553.974 item ":db.odbc.select[session blockers count,\{$DSN}]" became not supported: Cannot connect to ODBC DSN: [SQL_ERROR]:[IM002][0][[unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found, and no default driver specified]

Hello CHAB Narong, According to the error, please check that macros named {$DSN} has correct value. Note, macros value can be specified on the Global, Template, Host levels (Zabbix documentation: macros). Please be advised that this section of the tracker is for bug reports only. Hello edgar.akhmetshin, I have tried add name DSN, But it still does not work, Please find error below. Back end ODBC driver it is possible connect to Oracle. Zabbix Web Interface Thank for advise ! |

Hello Friend! Try enabling the "AllowRoot" option in the zabbix proxy or server configuration file and restarting the service. For me it worked! |
