 Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. I have an item set up so that on Saturdays and Sundays I don't check values.

Result:
However, today, Saturday, it is recovering values.

We have checked that if we set the Update interval
to 0 and in the custom intervals you set the hours at which you must retrieve values, in this case, the configuration works.

Works as expected.
The default update interval is not ignored in case if custom intervals are scheduled.

Maybe I explained myself wrong, the problem is in the Flexible intervals, I have it configured so that Saturdays and Sundays do not do any checks.

And as you can see on Saturday October 10 it was recovering values every half hour, it is not respecting the configuration in the Flexible intervals.

Sorry if I don't understand myself well, my English is a disaster.

This contradicts what's in the documentation.

Is your configuration cache up-to-date? Are you sure you are looking at the same item in history and item configuration form?

Hello Dimir,

Yes, I'm sure it's the same item. Before opening the incident, I tested with another colleague who is a zabbix administrator in another company and he behaved in the same way.
Today, however, I have configured the item the same as it was giving me error and it works correctly, so I don't understand anything anymore.

I'll keep trying.

Thank you very much for everything.
