 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create Slack Media Type, configured send notify to slack use webhook
  2. Configured Action to send event that have severity > WARNING
  3. Send trap message to zabbix 
  4. Check Action Logs
  5. Action Log have difference event_id, but same OPDATA
  6. Check Latest Data of Host
  7. And Message in latest data is correct...

Situation has reproduced - confirmed

You could use a workaround using {ITEM.VALUE} macro instead {EVENT.OPDATA} to avoid this situation
