Hii Team, i need help with an inconsistency in zabbix

in our organization we have the SLA count configured in services 
according to the annexes, however when checking the daily availability last month, we found that the last day was not counted. the items configured in the service were verified and they have data from December 31, but were not counted .Any idea what might have happened?

Because it is a part of our deliverables so we need your quick response.
