See image. It appears this user is getting two emails to the same email address in the Problem steps. He has a second email address set up that shows no email was sent to.

Might this just be a display issue in the Problem steps because the user has two email addresses set up?

Hello!
On dashbord you can see user name and media type(not email addresses). For details check report -> action log.
This is not a bug.

I figured out my source of confusion. The Username for this user happens to be their email address.

It looked like Zabbix was displaying the email address, but really Zabbix is showing "Username (First Name Last Name)" for this field.
