zabbix 5.4.0
I use standard templates in messages, but when a message arrives in my mail or webhook, I don't receive all the data. Example, the template is like this
 

Problem started at {EVENT.TIME} on {EVENT.DATE}
Host: {HOST.NAME}
Host IP: {HOST.IP}
Severity: {EVENT.SEVERITY}
Operational data: {EVENT.OPDATA}
Original problem ID: {EVENT.ID}

Could not reproduce on 5.4 Zabbix Server.

Please check your installation and configuration.

maybe you can tell me where to look to find out the reason?
the logs also indicate UNKNOWN
