 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create template with tag a:a
  2. Create host with tag b:b
  3. Create web scenario on host
  4. Link template to host
  5. Check inherited tags of web scenario

Result:
Inherited tags a:a and b:b
Expected:
Inherited tag b:b. If web scenario created on host, then it should only contain the host tags. If web scenario created on template and template is linked to the host, then inherited web scenario on host should contain template and host tags.
