 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an API token with any expire date
  2. Open the API token from the list of available tokens
  3. Click on Regenerate
  4. "Incorrect value for field "expires_at": a time is expected." error

The issue happens because display date format is not the same format with parser. It is "17.06.2021 00:00:00", but must be "2021-06-18 00:00:00":
