With Zabbix 5.4.3, Zabbix Server does not honour the SourceIP parameter when making requests to the Zabbix Web Service URL set by the WebServiceURL parameter.

Currently, such requests originate from a Zabbix Server server's primary IP address (depending on OS/routing configuration).

Such requests should instead originate from the IP address defined by SourceIP, as is already case for pretty much all other outgoing connections from Zabbix Server.

 
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create server with two IP - 192.168.100.10 and 192.168.100.20
2. Chane Zabbix server configuration SourceIP=192.168.100.20
3. Shutdown 192.168.100.20 interface
4. Test Report

Result:
Report will be send to Email. Request  will be originate from 192.168.100.10 not from SourceIP.
