Steps to reproduce:

  1. Collect numeric integer data in a range of 5390 to 5395
  2. Look at the dashboard vector graph
  3. Look at the older PNG graph under Monitoring->Latest data

The legend on axis Y is unreadable, see screenshots

Normal integer values must be displayed (no fraction part, no scientific notation)

Resolved in development branch feature/ZBX-20300-5.5.
