Steps to reproduce:

1. download file from https://cdn.zabbix.com/zabbix/binaries/stable/5.4/5.4.6/zabbix_agent-5.4.6-aix-7.1-powerpc-openssl.tar.gz
2. copy file to /etc and /usr
3. run zabbix_agentd but not started.
4. tail -f /tmp/zabbix_agentd.log

Result:
