Steps to reproduce:

  1. I would like to receive SNMP trap from AudioCodes M1000 to my Zabbix server
  2. I have set the trap community string and the trap manager hostname as Zabbix server
  3. My Zabbix SNMP version is 5.5
  4. I have configured this as host and added SNMP items as well
  5. SNMP trap key is snmptrap[<regex>]
  6. And configured the trigger as well

Result:
Still not receiving the SNMP trap

Expected:
See the Screenshot of the alarm details from the AudioCodes M1000 device

ZBX - is a bug tracker for identifying and fix some issues in Zabbix functionality

Your problem is related with misconfiguration and cannot be fixed on ZBX project
