  5. No collected data
  6. Try to snmpwalk from proxy, it's work, but from the Proxy it's not
  7. Run WireShark in the proxy, No sent SNMPV3 request to the Aruba Switch

Hello,

This looks more like a misconfiguration then anything else, I would recommend to check if all SNMP credentials in Zabbix are correct, if device is indeed configured to be monitored by proxy, additionally you can try to execute item test from the front-end to capture the traffic in WireShark and see if indeed connection are happening.
You could also trying increase timeout on the proxy side for a test.

Best Regards,
Aleksandrs

Hi,

Thanks for your advice, I checked the credentials, I try to use MD5/DES, and SHA/AES in different combinations. I try to update to 6.0 Zabbix version, but that not resolve the problem. The timeout was set to 30, it's not work.  When i try to execute the item test, it's give me the same "timeout" message, and no SNMP package was found in the wireshark. No request from the proxy to the client. I read some forum, and i try to figure out what was the problem. I looking for same EngineID, but no other in the network. The network traffic is ok over the switch, and I can access to the switch over SSH, and its pingable.

Thanks for your help

Regards

Janos

Hi Seley,

This may happen due to duplicate SNMP v3 Egnine ID,  change the Engine ID on the Aruba switch.

Mohamed Irshad.
