 Description   

If I set a host as NOT MONITORED, I can see that all WEB MONITORING items related to that host still ACTIVE, but no alarms or notifications are activated.

I can prove this by checking my Website access log, logging all the Zabbix attempts (at this time my host was DISABLED):

Web monitoring is not done for disabled hosts, implemented in r10637 in svn://svn.zabbix.com/branches/dev/zbx-2109-disable-webmon/ . Please test it.

Available in pre-1.8.2 in r10651.
