So I want to install new plugin for mongodb but I couldn't install it in below screenshot, Would you please help me.

Hi,

Proper support for separate zabbix-agent2-plugin-mongodb will be available in 6.0.6
6.0.5 agent still ships with the builtin plugin, hence you have a conflict with mongodb.conf file, since both agent2-6.0.5 and the new plugin package ship a file with the same name.

Wait until 6.0.6 is released. Until then you can test separate mongodb plugin in 6.2.0rc1.
