getting this unfamiliar error while executing traceroute script, But traceroute script is working fine on backend server.

Hi!
Thank you for contacting us.
You ran the command line test as root.
The Zabbix server runs as a non-privileged user ('zabbix' user by default), this means that some commands or operations will be restricted.
The "socket: Operation not permitted" likely means that "traceroute" is restricted, so your 'zabbix' user should be allowed to use the traceroute command.
