 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Services -> Services.
  2. Toggle the Edit mode and create a service.
  3. In the service list, checkbox the newly created service and delete it using mass delete button.

Result:

Expected:
Mass action buttons are disabled, the selected service count is 0.
