 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. create proxy
  2. create host with item having preprocessing steps
  3. assign host to proxy
  4. start zabbix server
  5. unassign host from proxy
  6. reload configuration cache
  7. observe that preprocessing steps are not being applied to item's value
