 Description   

We create user "test1".
This user is ZabbixAdmin.

"test1" clicked "Reports".
The error was displayed.

However, when "Availability report", "Most busy triggers top 100", and "Bar reports" are clicked, the error is not displayed.
( ref : Availability.png, Most busy.png, Bar reports.png )

Can ZabbixAdmin use the Reports menu?
