Version 6.0.7 installed on CentOS 7.9 using source installation

You need to build with libssh library:

https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/6.0/en/manual/installation/install

Telnet has no dependencies for a libssh library:

Tested with:

 65997:20221028:025441.412 Starting Zabbix Server. Zabbix 6.0.9 (revision {ZABBIX_REVISION}).

But, looks 6.0.9 and 6.2.3 has issue with Telnet.

Will rename the issue and also confirming it.
