Steps to reproduce:

  1. after enabling encryption between the agent, proxy, and server bug started to occur
  2. Reverting config to non-encryption doesn't solve the problem

Tested on 6.0.10, 6.0.4, 6.0.5rc1, 6.2.4 with Postgres on dedicated machine
